By accessing or using Quanteen's learning platform, API services, or circuit sandbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them thoroughly.
By accessing, registering for, or utilizing any services provided by Quanteen Technologies ('Quanteen', 'we', 'us', 'our'), you signify your explicit agreement to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the platform on behalf of an educational institution, research lab, or enterprise organization, you represent that you hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete registration information during account creation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities conducted under your user account.
You must immediately notify Quanteen upon discovering any unauthorized breach or compromise of your credentials.
Quanteen Content: All curriculum modules, interactive visualizations, state-vector simulators, UI assets, and proprietary lesson materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Quanteen Technologies.
User Content: You retain full intellectual property ownership of the custom quantum circuits, algorithms, and simulation scripts you construct within the sandbox.
License to Quanteen: You grant Quanteen a non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to execute, compute, and render your circuits as requested by your platform operations.
You agree not to exploit Quanteen's simulation computing cluster for malicious cryptographic attacks, unauthorized network penetration, automated scraping, or resource-abuse attacks.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from Quanteen's proprietary backend simulation engines is strictly prohibited.
Quanteen reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to users found violating acceptable use standards.
Access to advanced curriculum tiers, enterprise simulators, and hardware backend time is billed on a recurring subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle expiration.
Refund requests are evaluated under our 14-day satisfaction guarantee for non-enterprise tiers upon contact with billing support.
Quanteen educational simulators are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis for educational and research exploration.
In no event shall Quanteen Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or reliance on simulation outcomes.
Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial arbitration principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations before proceeding to binding electronic arbitration.
